Enwell Energy (ENW.L) said Thursday it agreed with Ukraine to issue a written notice before starting new legal action or any material change in their current arbitration proceedings.
The agreement was a result of the oil and gas company's application in October 2025 for emergency protective measures after Ukrainian state authorities initiated domestic legal proceedings against the group and its subsidiaries.
Enwell commenced arbitration proceedings against Ukraine in August 2025 after the Eastern European country took "a series of adverse actions" against the group and its subsidiaries, including the suspension of its gas and condensate production and exploration licenses.
