Entropy Neurodynamics Says Various Securities Due for Escrow Release; Shares Up 3%

Entropy Neurodynamics (ASX:ENP) said a range of its restricted securities will be released from escrow on May 29, following which it will not have any securities remaining in escrow, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The securities to be released include about 49.9 million ordinary shares, as well as various options, per the filing.

The company said it will apply to quote the ordinary shares within five business days after the end of the escrow period.

Shares of Entropy Neurodynamics gained nearly 3% in recent Friday trade.

China Bohai Bank Completes 9 Billion Yuan Tier 2 Bond Issue

China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) completed the issuance of 9 billion yuan in tier 2 capital bonds in China's interbank bond market, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the lender were up more than 1% in late morning trade on Friday.The bonds are 10-year fixed-rate notes with an issuer redemption option at the end of the fifth year and carry a coupon rate of 2.10%.The bank said proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely to replenish its tier 2 capital.
