Endurance Technologies' Consolidated Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4; Shares Plummet 5%

Endurance Technologies' (NSE:ENDURANCE, BOM:540153) consolidated profit attributable to the owners increased to 2.76 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 2.45 billion rupees a year ago, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Shares of the company fell over 5% in Friday's trade.

Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 19.65 rupees from 17.43 rupees a year earlier.

Revenue from operations of the aluminum die-casting company jumped year on year to 40.9 billion rupees from 29.6 billion rupees, the filing said.

The board of Endurance Technologies declared a dividend of 11.50 rupees per share for the fiscal year ended March 31.

Dongfeng, Stellantis to Produce Jeep, Peugeot Models Under 8-Billion-Yuan Deal

Dongfeng and Stellantis will jointly produce Peugeot and Jeep-branded vehicles in China as part of the expansion of their 34-year partnership, Stellantis said in a Friday news release.The Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile joint venture will produce two all-new Peugeot-branded new energy vehicles from 2027 at its plant in Wuhan, China.The JV will also produce Jeep-branded off-road new energy vehicles for worldwide distribution starting in 2027.The project will see an investment of more than 8 billion yuan, equivalent to about $1 billion, of which Stellantis will contribute 130 million euros, Stellantis said.Dongfeng Group's listed subsidiaries include DongFeng Automobile (SHA:600006).
