Encounter Resources (ASX:ENR) appointed Simon Hay as non-executive chairman, succeeding Will Robinson, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Robinson will transition to the role of chief executive officer, per the filing.
The company also appointed Jardee Kininmonth to the newly created role of chief development officer, the filing added.
