Encorp, KBI Properties to Explore Projects Jointly; Shares Rise 4%

Encorp (KLSE:ENCORP) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KBI Properties to explore potential business collaboration and joint project opportunities, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained nearly 4% in Thursday's afternoon trade.

The MoU sets a framework for both parties to share expertise, manpower, and resources while assessing mutually beneficial property development ventures.

The arrangement will remain valid for one year unless extended by mutual consent, it said.
