Elsight Secures $2 Million Follow-On Purchase Order

Elsight (ASX:ELS) secured a follow-on purchase order worth about $2 million from a US-based commercial customer in the public safety sector, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The repeat order follows an initial $460,000 purchase order in January and reflects the customer's validation of Elsight's Halo platform, the company said.

China International Development (HKG:0264) agreed to sell its 40% interest in a unit to Nexelon, effectively making it a joint venture, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The joint venture is an investment holding vehicle set up by the company to develop artificial intelligence data center businesses in Southeast Asia.The company said it was selling the interest at a "nominal consideration."China International will continue to hold 60% of the business following the sale.
