Elixir Energy Signs 3D Seismic Data Sharing Agreement With QGC Over Queensland Permit; Shares Up 4%

Elixir Energy (ASX:EXR) entered into an agreement with QGC and Santos (ASX:STO) unit, Santos QNT, to facilitate QGC's entry into ATP2056, in which Elixir holds a 50% interest, for the acquisition of 3D seismic data over the southern border of the permit and an area over the Lorelle-3 appraisal well, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said it will receive pre- and post-processed data acquired in ATP2056 and a commensurate polygon of data extending into QGC's ATP645 permit, totaling 54 square kilometers and creating the ability to tie these seismic volumes to the historical Overston 3D seismic.

Elixir and Santos have also agreed to exchange static well information from the Lorelle-3 appraisal well for commensurate information from QGC's Bathurst-5 appraisal well, while QGC has also notified Elixir that seismic acquisition over ATP2077-A under an existing agreement has been successfully completed.

Elixir Energy's shares rose past 4% in recent Monday trade, while Santos's shares shed more than 2%.

ANZ Group Holdings (NZE:ANZ, ASX:ANZ) said Monday its customer scam losses fell by around 24% year over year for the period between June and October 2025.The bank said in a statement that it prevented and recovered over AU$100 million in scam and fraud-related funds. Over 476,000 payments were abandoned after a Confirmation of Payee mismatch warning during this period, it added.The bank's New Zealand shares added 1% in recent Monday trade.

AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Sets Validity for Service Agreements with Parent Through End-2028

AVIC Chengdu Aircraft (SHE:302132) set the validity for its goods supply and comprehensive service agreements with parent Aviation Industry Corp. of China (AVIC) until Dec. 31, 2028, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.AVIC will provide technical and processing services, equipment maintenance, and power and gas supply, among other services, to its listed subsidiary.In turn, AVIC Chengdu will provide its parent information, technology, management, and other consulting services, inspection and testing, general aviation airport services, among other services.Transactions between the two parties have reached 7.09 billion yuan as of June 30.
