Elife Holdings Extends Long Stop for Share Placing

-- Elife Holdings (HKG:0223) further extended the long stop date of a share placing agreement to May 12 from April 21, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The extension came as the placing agent needed more time to finalize the placing with potential investors.

The firm had, in January, agreed to place up to 271.2 million new shares at HK$0.102 to raise roughly HK$27.1 million in net proceeds.
