Earnings per share contracted to 0.27 rupees from 6.53 rupees a year earlier, the power transmission and material handling equipment manufacturer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Wednesday.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also fell to 7.46 billion rupees from 7.98 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's board of directors has recommended a final dividend of 1.50 rupees per equity share of 1 rupee each for the financial year 2025-26.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% inr ecent trade.
