Elanor Investors Changes Name to Kyron Capital

Elanor Investors (ASX:ENN) changed its name to Kyron Capital, effective July 24, after Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) registered the change of name, and its ASX ticker code to "KYN" from "ENN," according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Elanor Funds Management retired as the responsible entity of Elanor Investment Fund, and Kyron Group RE, formerly Group Funds Management, was named as the new responsible entity. Kyron Group changed the name of Elanor Investment Fund to Kyron Investment Fund.

Japan Hotel REIT's Revenue Nearly Flat in June

Japan Hotel REIT Investment (TYO:8985) said its 29 hotels generated total revenue of 6.05 billion yen in June, down 0.6% from a year earlier.Hotel occupancy reached 81.2% in June, up 0.1% year over year, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.The average daily rate gained 1.6% to 18,509 yen, while revenue per available room rose 1.7% to 15,023 yen.
