EIKEI Group (Cayman) (TPE:6924) board approved a cash capital increase of up to HK$50 million in its unit, EIKEI Electronics (Hong Kong).
The capital injection is intended as a long-term investment and will be funded with the company's own funds.
According to a separate same-day filing, the board approved a cash capital increase of NT$150 million by issuing about 1.63 million new shares.
The shares will be offered at a tentative NT$92 each, with the final price to be determined after regulatory approval.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital and repay bank loans, it said.
