Ecovacs Robotics (SHA:603486) adjusted the conversion price of its A-share convertible bonds following its dividend distribution, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The new conversion price is now 172.97 yuan per share, changed from 173.89 yuan per share, after taking into consideration the dividend of 0.92 yuan per share, the filing said.
The conversion price will take effect after the ex-rights date of the dividend distribution on July 8.
