Eco World Development (KLSE:ECOWLD) logged 4.05 billion ringgit in sales for the 10 months ended Aug. 31, according to a Thursday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The Southern and Central regions accounted for over 93% of the sales, while the residential segment accounted for 57% of the sales.
Meanwhile, revenue for the fiscal third quarter ended July 31 was up 28% year over year, supported by total locked-in sales.
The board declared a third interim dividend of 0.02 ringgit per share for the fiscal third quarter, bringing the total year-to-date 2026 dividends to 0.06 ringgit per share, compared with 0.05 ringgit per share in the year-ago period.
