Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Receives Approval for Namibian License Farm-out

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (ECO.L) received ministerial approval in Namibia for an assignment related to the farm-out of its 85% participating interest in Petroleum Exploration License 98.

The farm-out, to wholly Namibian-owned company Lamda Energy, was approved by the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy, according to a Monday filing. The oil and gas company said the farm-out is expected to be completed shortly as the approval was the final remaining required government consent.
