Ebos Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) logged AU$1.217 in underlying earnings per share for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$1.313 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$13.49 billion versus AU$12.27 billion previously, the dual-listed healthcare wholesaler and distributor added.
The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.615 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 28.
The company expects fiscal 2027 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of between AU$635 million and AU$655 million, with capital expenditure forecast to reduce materially to around AU$100 million.
