East Money Information (SHE:300059) plans to provide a guarantee of up 1.50 billion yuan to its unit, Shanghai Tiantian Fund Sales, for its outstanding debt, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The debt was applied with China Everbright Bank's (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) Shanghai branch and it is proposed to be extended for another year.
The guarantee is valid for three years.
