Constellation Oil Services (COSH.OL) settled its offering of $650 million senior secured bond due 2033, according to a Monday release.The bond carries an annual fixed coupon of 7.700%, payable semi-annually, and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange.The offshore drilling company will use the net proceeds to fully pay its outstanding $650 million of 9.375% senior secured notes due 2029.
