Eagers Automotive Says State Street Ceases to be a Substantial Shareholder

Eagers Automotive (ASX:APE) received notice that State Street and its subsidiaries are no longer substantial holders of the company from Tuesday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

State Street and its subsidiaries became a substantial holder of the company on Monday, with a 5.02% total voting power, an earlier filing showed.
