Beijing E-Town Semiconductor Technology (SHA:688729) proposed to increase the estimated amount of daily related-party transactions for the year by 30.5 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.
The Chinese semiconductor company's shares rose 1% during Monday's midday trade.
The estimated amount would be raised to 426 million yuan from 395.5 million yuan.
The related-party transactions include sales of products and goods.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
