Dymatic Chemicals' (SHE:002054) second-level subsidiary Silvateam Peru will sell three plots of land and other facilities to Uvica for $7.5 million, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Silvateam Peru is a subsidiary of the listed company's direct arm Silvateam ICA S.A.C.
Following the transaction, the net profit is seen to rise by $953,000, the filing said.
