Duos Technologies Unit Signs Term Sheet for Proposed Lease of 15 Edge Data Center Sites

Duos Technologies' (DUOT) Duos Edge AI subsidiary said Thursday it signed a non-binding term sheet with 0Lat for a proposed structured lease of all its 15 edge data center sites in Texas and Georgia, representing 225 cabinets.

The proposed transaction would provide capacity for 0Lat's Zerogrid distributed inference network, which serves telecom, fiber, physical AI and enterprise customers, the company said.

The parties entered a 90-day mutual exclusivity period to complete due diligence and finalize the transaction's structure, pricing and payment terms, Duos Edge AI said.

Duos Technologies shares were up 2.5% in early Thursday trading.
