DroneShield (ASX:DRO) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on July 17, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
JPMorgan Chase now owns 47.6 million shares in the company, representing 5.15% of the issued shares, the filing said.
