Dreadnought Resources Identifies High-Grade Gold Mineralization at in Western Australia Project; Shares Down 7%

Dreadnought Resources (ASX:DRE) identified high-grade gold mineralization during recent drilling at its Illaara Gold Project's Black Oak and CRA Homestead prospects in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 18 meters at 0.8 grams per tonne gold from 36 meters to end of hole, including 3 meters at 1.8 grams per tonne gold from 51 meters.

A follow-up infill program will launch at Black Oak and CRA Homestead this month to define targets for reverse circulation (RC) drilling this year, with further first-pass air core drilling to start in new areas within Illaara in September and October, the filing added.

The company's shares fell almost 7% in recent Monday trade.
