Dr. Phone Fix Canada (DPF.V) closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement of convertible debenture units, raising C$726,000, it said over the weekend.
The company placed of 726 units priced at C$1,000 each, in the tranche. Each unit is made up of a C$1,000 principal amount unsecured convertible debenture and 3,125 two-year warrants to buy a share for C$0.22. The debentures can be converted into shares priced at C$0.16..
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.125 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
