DPM Metals (ASX:DPM) achieved commercial production at its Vares silver-gold mine in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Aug. 10, according to a late Monday statement.
The company said it exceeded an average of 60% of design throughput capacity and recoveries at the mine for over 30 days, with daily throughput averaging 72% of the plant's design capacity over that period.
DPM now expects 2026 production at Vares to be at the higher end of its guidance range of 105,000 to 130,000 gold-equivalent ounces.
