Doosan Fuel Cell Secures KRW 108.7 Billion Supply Deal with German Firm

Doosan Fuel Cell (KRX:336260) has signed a 108.7 billion won contract to supply solid oxide fuel cell stacks to Germany-based Reverion, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The agreement, effective Aug. 4, runs through December 2027 and accounts for approximately 23.9% of the supplier's 2025 consolidated revenue of 454.8 billion won.

The contract, denominated at $76 million, includes a 20% advance payment with the remaining 80% due upon completion.

The final amount and timeline may adjust depending on project progress, with further updates to follow as needed.

Helens International Forecasts Lower Net Profit in H1

Helens International (SGX:HLS, HKG:9869) expects to book a net profit of up to 16 million yuan, compared with an adjusted net profit of 50.3 million yuan a year earlier.Meanwhile, the company expects a revenue of up to 260 million yuan in the first half of the year, compared to 291.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The decrease in revenue is mainly due to a decline in the number of self-operated bars during the period.
