Doosan Enerbility (KRX:034020) won a 665.85 billion won construction order contract from Korea Southern Power to purchase and install power generation facilities at the Ha-Dong plant in Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.
The contract runs from Jan. 2, 2027, to Dec. 31, 2029, with payments tied to project progress, according to a Tuesday filing.
The effective order date is Aug. 28, and Doosan said the contract amount, period and scope may be adjusted during execution.

Semiconductor giant Nvidia agreed to invest $3.5 billion in Taiwanese chipmaker MediaTek (TPE:2454) through the subscription of convertible bonds, according to a Monday statement.MediaTek shares jumped 10% in Tuesday's trade.The move is aimed at deepening a partnership between Nvidia and MediaTek.
