Doosan Bobcat (KRX:241560) has excluded its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Doosan Bobcat UK Northampton, from its holding company structure as part of an overseas governance restructuring.
The subsidiary, which primarily sells forklifts, had total assets of 1 billion won, which account for 0.7% of the parent company's total assets as of 2025.
The company said the liquidation will have no impact on its consolidated financial statements given the subsidiary's immaterial size.

CPE Technology's (KLSE:CPETECH) subsidiary, Champion Precision Technology, agreed to acquire a piece of freehold land with a factory in Johor, Malaysia, from Flomatic Industries, for 10 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition will be funded via proceeds from the company's initial public offering.The expansion is part of CPE's strategy to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and expand production capacity.The transaction is expected to conclude by the second quarter of 2027, the filing said.
