Doosan Board Approved KRW968 Billion Production Expansion Plan

Doosan Group holding company Doosan's (KRX:000150) board approved a 968.4 billion won investment plan to expand production capacity for copper clad laminates, a key material for advanced semiconductor substrates.

As part of the plan, the company will invest 970 billion won by Dec. 31, 2028, expanding the production capacity in Korea and overseas, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The investment is the largest in the company's history and represents 8% of its equity capital.
