Dongwu Cement CEO Resigns; Shares Slip 3%

Dongwu Cement International (HKG:0695) said Chief Executive Officer Wu Junxian resigned due to personal commitments, effective June 9, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The cement manufacturer appointed Tang Yingjie as CEO, effective June 9.

Tang has served as deputy general manager of Orient Danse AI Technology since March 2025 and deputy general manager of supply chain and procurement at Orient Semiconductor Technology Equipment since February 2024, the filing said.

Shares of the company were down more than 3% in Monday's late morning trade.
