Dongfeng Motor Unit Raises Stake in Voyah Automotive to 69.6%

Voyah Automotive Technology (HKG:7489) said Dongfeng Motor (HKG:0489) increased its stake in the company by 5.47 million shares through market purchases, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The shares acquired represent about 0.2% of the company's total issued share capital.

Following the increase, Dongfeng Motor Corporation and its subsidiaries hold about 69.6% of Voyah Automotive's total issued shares.
