Voyah Automotive Technology (HKG:7489) said Dongfeng Motor (Hong Kong) International increased its stake in the company by 49.9 million H-shares through market purchases, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares acquired represent about 1.36% of the company's total issued share capital.
Following the increase, Dongfeng Motor and its subsidiaries hold about 70.8% of Voyah Automotive's total issued shares.
