DL Holdings Enters MoU for Potential Cooperation

DL Holdings Group (HKG:1709) entered into a non-binding MoU with Polibeli Group for a potential business cooperation around artificial intelligence-related cloud computing services and supporting digital infrastructure.

The cooperation will initially focus on Southeast Asia and potential opportunities in other overseas markets, a Monday bourse filing showed.

Polibeli engages mainly in digital commerce and related services and reportedly intends to develop an integrated business spanning digital commerce, enterprise AI, and intelligent computing.
