DL & C (KRX:375500) has approved a 180 billion won debt guarantee for the Dogok-Gaepo Hanshin Apartment Housing Reconstruction Project Association, according to a Korean bourse filing on Tuesday.
The guarantee covers a 150 billion loan from five institutions, and will run up till April 1, 2031.
