Diversified Energy Co. (DEC.L) confirmed on Friday ongoing early-stage discussions regarding the potential acquisition of exploration and production company Birch Resources.
The London-listed energy company said the discussions are ongoing, adding that no agreement has been reached and there is no certainty that a transaction will occur or what terms it might proceed on.
