Disney, Hulu to Livestream Live Nation Festivals Globally

Walt Disney's (DIS) Disney+ and Hulu said Monday they will livestream the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Lollapalooza and the Austin City Limits Music Festival for the first time.

This is Hulu's sixth year offering live festival streaming to subscribers, with the addition of a Disney+ global livestream further enhancing its coverage of Live Nation festivals, according to the statement.

Alongside livestreaming performances, Disney+ and Hulu will also bring back the Live Set, an on-site content studio at each festival, the statement added.

Shares rose 1.7%.Prairie Operating (PROP) shares fell 15% after it reported a Q1 loss late Thursday of $2.16 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $3.49 a year earlier.
