DigitalOcean Launches Public Preview of Managed Agents for AI Development

DigitalOcean (DOCN) said Tuesday it launched the public preview of DigitalOcean Managed Agents, a set of services designed to help developers build and scale artificial intelligence agents without managing the underlying infrastructure.

Managed Agents combines agent runtime, governed tool access and serverless inference in one platform, allowing developers to use existing agent frameworks and connect tools.

DigitalOcean said the platform, which is available in public preview, supports existing agent frameworks and is already being used by OpenHands, Qencode and Amplitude.
