Diana Shipping Signs $5.8 Million Time-Charter Contract with Aquavita

Diana Shipping (DSX) said Wednesday it has entered into a time-charter contract with Aquavita International for one of its Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Astarte.

The gross charter rate is $17,000 per day, minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a minium period until Sept. 1, 2027 and a maximum period until Nov. 15, 2027, Diana said.

The contract is expected to generate about $5.8 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter, the company said.

Tempest Therapeutics (TPST) signed an exclusive option agreement with China's Hebei Senlang Biotechnology to license a clinical-stage technology that delivers CAR-T cancer treatments directly inside the body, along with a portfolio of related drug candidates.The portfolio includes an early-stage treatment that targets two proteins linked to multiple myeloma and is now being tested in a phase 1 study, Tempest said Tuesday in a statement.
