Diagnamed to Change Name to GeoHydrogen Corp.

Diagnamed Holdings (DMED.CN) intends to change its corporate name to GeoHydrogen Corp., to better align with its corporate identity, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

Subject to regulatory acceptance, its common shares are expected to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the proposed ticker symbol "GEOH". The company's US OTCQB symbol will be updated in due course, it said.

The company also reaffirmed its ongoing strategic technical advisory partnership with Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC.CN).

Shares of the company were last seen down 10% at C$0.045 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
