Dhanuka Agritech's (NSE:DHANUKA, BOM:507717) profit rose to 977.7 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 755.0 million rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share grew to 21.69 rupees from 16.74 rupees a year earlier, the agrichemicals company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also increased to 4.83 billion rupees from 4.42 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of 2 rupees per equity share with a face value of 2 rupees per share for the financial year 2025-26.
The company's shares shot up over 14% in recent trade.
