Dexus Industria REIT (ASX:DXI) declared an ordinary dividend of AU$0.0415 per security for the quarter ending Sept. 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend is payable on Nov. 11 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 30, the filing said.
The company paid a distribution of AU$0.0415 per security for the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
