Dexus (ASX:DXS) logged AU$0.45 in adjusted funds from operations per security for fiscal 2026, unchanged from a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.449.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$710 million versus AU$951.2 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.177 per security, down from AU$0.18 a year earlier, payable Aug. 28 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
The company guided for fiscal 2027 AFFO of AU$0.375 to AU$0.395 per security and a distribution of AU$0.37 per security.
