Dexus Convenience Retail REIT (ASX:DXC) declared a dividend of AU$0.05225 per share for the quarter ending Sept. 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Nov. 11 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 30, per the filing.
The real estate investment trust paid the same dividend in the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
