Delpha Construction Snaps Up Taipei Development Site for NT$817 Million; Shares Rise 5%

Delpha Construction (TPE:2530) acquired land in Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$816.8 million, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.

Shares gained over 5% in Monday's late afternoon trade.

The purchase covers two land parcels with a total area of 1,000 square meters, or about 302.5 ping.

The seller is an individual and is not related to the company, it said.

The site will be used for the development of residential properties for sale, Delpha Construction said.

Bajaj Auto's Total Sales Grow 20% in May
