Dear Life (TYO:3245) has acquired an income-producing property named DeLCCS Ayase IV, located in a five-storey reinforced concrete condominium in Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, at an undisclosed value, according to Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

The acquisition of the property was funded through a combination of internal capital and borrowings from financial institutions.
