Dear Life (TYO:3245) has purchased an income-producing parking property in Oiso, Kanagawa, at an undisclosed value, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The acquisition was funded through internal capital and bank borrowings, but the company declined to disclose the seller or purchase price due to a confidentiality agreement.
Dear Life confirmed there are no material capital, personnel, or business ties with the seller.
