DCK Investment, a special purpose company of Macquarie Asset Management, looks to acquire 73.1% of Gabia's (KOSDAQ:A079940) total shares through a tender offer, according to a Monday filing with the Korean exchange.
Under the tender offer, the IT infrastructure provider will undergo a voluntary delisting and become a wholly owned subsidiary of DCK Investment.
The tender offer involves the acquisition of about 9.8 million shares for 48,000 won each.
The tender offer period will last until Sept. 17, with a settlement date of Sept. 21.
Shares of the company surged nearly 30% in recent trade.
