Guangdong Dcenti Auto-Parts (SHA:603335) plans to transfer a 108,079-square-meter industrial plot to the Taishan Land Development and Reserve Center for 107.7 million yuan.
The compensation includes 104.9 million yuan for the land and buildings and 2.8 million yuan for relocation and business suspension subsidies, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The land, with a carrying value of 35.7 million yuan, is located at No. 9 Xingye Road, Taishan in Guangdong, China.
Shares of the auto parts maker jumped 10% in recent trade.
