DBS Group's (SGX:D05) DBS Bank filed for the listing of AU$500 million floating-rate bonds due 2028 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Aug. 19, the filing said.
Shares of the banking group were down 1% in recent trade.

Keppel REIT (SGX:K71U) has raised SG$200 million through the issuance of 2.60% notes due in 2033 by Keppel REIT MTN, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company's trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services, according to a Monday filing to the Singapore Exchange.The notes were issued under the real estate company's SG$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) was the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the offering of the Series 011 bonds.
