DayOne has secured a four-year SG$530 million green loan from DBS (SGX:D05), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) and UOB (SGX:U11) to support the development of its first data center in Singapore, according to a company release on Tuesday.
The loan will fund a 20-megawatt data center, which broke ground in July 2025, and is expected to become operational by the first quarter of 2027.
The three banks acted as joint mandated lead arrangers, bookrunners and green loan coordinators of the facility.
